crab sticks – 200 g;
chicken eggs – 4 pc.;
cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
hard cheese – 100 g;
canned corn – 1 b.;
chicken fillet – 200 gr.;
homemade mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. L.;
green onion – to taste.

First of all, cut a fresh cucumber into small cubes. Cucumber gives this salad freshness, a little lightness.

Thaw the crab sticks, if they are frozen, and cut them into pieces.

Put the hard cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes and grate it on a fine grater.

Boil the chicken eggs and cut them into small cubes. You can also grate them on a grater, this will make the salad more tender, but it will look like a mixture.

Chicken fillet also needs to be pre-boiled and cooled. Then cut into pieces. The smaller the pieces, the better.
