Such a salad with crab sticks and an omelet is quite piquant and refreshing. That is why it is especially relevant in summer.

The dish gets such a taste thanks to the green leaves of tarragon. This spice gives freshness to any dish. But you need to “not overdo it” with it, as such greens have a very pronounced taste.

200 g of crab sticks;
250 g of canned corn;
3 raw chicken eggs;
1 tablespoon of homemade cream;
salt, spices to taste;
3 sprigs of tarragon;
2-3 spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise;
vegetable oil.

How to cook a salad with crab sticks and an omelet.

Put canned sweet corn in a salad bowl.

Cut the crab sticks into small circles and add to the corn.

Break the chicken eggs in a small bowl or deep plate. Add a tablespoon of homemade cream to them. Sprinkle with salt and your favorite spices (I used only a small pinch of white ground pepper).

Instead of cream, you can use milk and a little flour, as usual. Using a whisk or a fork, beat the mixture and pour it into a heated pan greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a lid and stir for a minute during the cooking process. Thus, an omelet prepared for salad is obtained.

When it has cooled, put the omelette in the corn and crab sticks.

Although, once I added it warm, and my husband liked it better. Wash and dry the sprigs of tarragon. Chop the leaves of this green and add to the salad.

It can be seasoned with sour cream or homemade mayonnaise. I wanted the salad to be lower in calories, so I used a few tablespoons of low-fat sour cream. Mix the salad, put it in a small bowl or plate and decorate it with a sprig of tarragon.
