Salad with crab sticks and smoked sausage. Recipe.

For myself, I am constantly looking for something new, some recipes that would be not only simple, but also tasty. This is a winter salad in a summer style, which I really like to prepare for the festive table, and now I have found another recipe for myself, which does not take much time, but also, in principle, is not banal.

To prepare it, you will need, for the most part, ready-made products that do not require cooking and frying (except, of course, eggs). The composition of the recipe is somewhat similar to crab salad, but it tastes completely different. If you wish, you can “play” with the products a little, as I did, and adjust them to suit yourself. For example, in this recipe I removed bell pepper, which I disliked so much, and added chicken eggs – it turned out exactly what I like.

fresh white cabbage – 0,5 large;
crab sticks – 4 pcs.;
canned corn – 1 can;
smoked sausage – 300 g;
fresh carrot – 2 pc.;
garlic – 1 clove;
chicken egg – 2 pc.;
salt – to taste;
mayonnaise – to taste.

Preparation of crab salad with smoked sausage.

To begin with, it is necessary to finely chop white cabbage.

Next, mash the cabbage properly with your hands so that it gives juice.

Finely chop the crab sticks.

Drain the liquid from the corn and add it to a common bowl.

Cut the smoked sausage into cubes – I have it.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Finely chop boiled eggs. Mix everything, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
