mushrooms – 300 g;
canned corn – 1 can;
crab sticks – 400 g;
egg white – 6-7 pcs.;
salt and pepper – to taste;
pickled onion – 1 pc.;
mayonnaise – 3 st. l.

Onion marinade:
sugar – 1 tbsp. L.;
salt – 1 tsp;
vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp. l.;
boiled water – 120-150 ml.

  1. Add salt to the boiling water and send the chopped mushrooms. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then we take out the mushrooms and let them cool completely.
