What is a holiday without snacks and salads, even for no reason sometimes I want a salad, as spring has come I try to make salads every day and make my family happy. You have to look for new recipes, come up with something original, sometimes from the products that are available.

Ingredients:
pork liver – 300 g;
chicken eggs – 2 pc.;
carrot – 1 pc.;
onion – 1 pc.;
flour – 2-3 tbsp. L.;
salt – to taste;
milk – 100 ml;
sour cream – 3 tbsp. l;
garlic – 2-3 cloves.

The method of cooking salad with liver and omelet.

One of the recipes invented by accident is a salad with liver and omelet with sour cream and garlic sauce, a strange, but at the same time delicious combination.

I take the liver whole, boil it, just take as much as I need, freeze the rest, and then, if necessary, simply heat it up in the microwave oven and use it, it saves your time. The water needs to be slightly salted.

After the liver is cooked, grate a few pieces of tremo.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater, cut the onion into small cubes or just finely. First, we begin to fry the onion.

Add the carrots to the onions and fry for about three minutes, until ready. Later, I put the frying aside and prepare an omelette, we can also fry it in this pan.

Add 2 eggs to a deep plate.

Add salt and pour milk, mix.

Chop green onions.

We add to the omelet, if desired, you can add seasoning, but I did not do this.

Pour flour, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps, and fry, it should be enough for 3-4 pancakes.

These are the mini omelettes we make. Now we will prepare the sauce. Question. Why sour cream, because mayonnaise is put on almost every salad, the more the sauce will be with garlic, after all, sour cream is ideal for this salad.

Put sour cream in a bowl, chop garlic and salt.

Stir, when the sauce is ready, collect everything together.

That’s the beauty. We eat this salad as a main dish for breakfast or, oddly enough, for dinner, for a hearty salad I cut vegetables, mainly tomatoes or cucumbers, the salad is really very filling and tasty.
