You simply cannot do without salads, “Olivier” has already become a classic, you will not surprise anyone, and it is simply necessary to prepare some meaty and hearty salad. I often make boiled chicken salads. Pork and other meats are given some attention. This time I decided to correct myself and I will take pork as the basis of my dish.
I will reveal a little secret, how to cook meat for salad deliciously. It should be filled with hot water, for example, a freshly boiled kettle. And only then put it on the fire to cook. The meat is immediately covered with a protective film, and during cooking, all the juices and aromas will remain inside the piece. When we need a tasty broth, we pour cold water over the meat, during cooking it gradually gives its taste to the broth.
Ingredients:
pork (boneless) – 250 g;
chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.;
fresh tomatoes – 200 – 250 g;
onion – 1 small head;
mayonnaise – 50 g;
salt – to taste.
How to cook a salad with pork.
Boil the pork for 1-1,5 hours in salted water, cool and cut into cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Place chopped meat, onion and bell pepper in a large container.
Boiled chicken eggs are also cut.
Add the eggs to the salad last (almost before serving, cut the tomatoes. Not too small, so that they do not run down. It is the tomatoes that will give the salad juiciness and delicate taste.
Mix all the ingredients carefully and add mayonnaise, salt to taste. Mix again.
Put the salad in separate containers for serving, decorate with greens. I wish you a pleasant taste!
