Crab stick salad is a traditional dish on almost every festive table. However, this dish can be included in the everyday menu, thanks to the simplicity of its preparation, undeniable economy, as well as the availability of all its ingredients. Moreover, all the ingredients of the salad made of crab sticks are successfully combined with many other dishes and products, so you can change the recipe of the salad, and each time you get a new delicious dish.

At first, this recipe may seem strange to you, because in most cases housewives prepare such an appetizer in a classic way. But this combination of products is so successful that you will not regret your experiment.

rice – 1/2 tbsp.;
quail eggs – 10 pcs.;
crab sticks – 200 g;
cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
hard cheese – 80 g;
mayonnaise – 150 g;
salt – 1 pinch.

Preparation of crab salad with rice.

Wash the rice groats. Pour 1 tbsp. cold water Boil on low heat until done. Allow the rice to cool. Put the finished cereal in a deep container.

Boil quail eggs. Clean from the shell. Cut the eggs into quarters. Add to bowl with rice.

Peel the cucumbers. Cut off the bitter ends. Cut cucumbers into cubes. Pour the chopped cucumbers on top of the eggs. Coarsely chop the crab sticks. Add to the rest of the ingredients.

Grind hard cheese with a large grater. You can use any variety according to your taste. Sprinkle the salad with cheese.

Add mayonnaise to the dish. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour salt. Mix the salad again. Let it infuse for about 20 minutes.

Nutritious and tasty salad can be served in portions or in a general salad bowl. The dish is well stored in the refrigerator, but you will hardly need it, because you will be happy to make such a salad right away.
