Salad with salmon, eggs and beets – a recipe with a photo

Today we are preparing a festive salad for the New Year or a birthday with salmon fillet, eggs and beets. The salad looks fantastic on the festive table, it is swept away literally in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients:
salmon fillet – 300 g;
onion – 1-2 pcs.;
boiled eggs – 2 pcs.;
boiled large carrot – 1 pc.;
boiled beets – 2 pcs.;
boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.;
mayonnaise – 100-200 g:
greens – to taste.

The process of making a salad with salmon, eggs and beets.

Wash, clean and cut the onion into small cubes. Pour into a bowl, pepper, salt and add vinegar. Mix and leave to marinate for literally 15-20 minutes.

Wash, dry and chop greens.

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.

Grate boiled carrots on a coarse grater.

Rub boiled potatoes.

Rub boiled eggs.

Rub the boiled beetroot.

Form the salad in a detachable ring. We lay out half of the grated potatoes. We make a net from mayonnaise.

Next comes beetroot and mayonnaise.

We lay out the remaining potatoes again. Pour the pickled onions and mayonnaise.

We lay out grated carrots.

Now grated eggs and mayonnaise.

We put greens on top and then salmon.
