The method of preparing homemade shawarma.
First, boil the breast in salted water until ready (about half an hour from the moment of boiling).
While the breast is cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
We will also cut the pickles into cubes.
Finely chop the cabbage.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Cut the finished brisket into small cubes.
