bread – 1 pc.;
butter – 100 g;
greens – a small bunch;
hard cheese – 50 g;
garlic – 2 cloves;

I prepare a loaf snack quite often. It is ideal both for breakfast and for a simple snack during the day. Such a snack loaf will appeal to every guest, and the original presentation will pleasantly surprise. Try to prepare such a loaf and serve it instead of ordinary bread!
The process of making a snack loaf.
The butter should be softened to room temperature, and the greens should be chopped. I used dill, but you can also take parsley or any other greens. Pour chopped greens into oil.
Salt to taste and squeeze a few cloves of garlic.
We rub the cheese on a grater, not necessarily on a fine one, medium is also suitable.
We take bread, it is better to use two-day-old bread so that the crust is firmer. Cut diagonally in one direction.
Then cut in the opposite direction.
This is how the bread turns out. At the same time, pieces may fall out – it’s okay, we insert them back. Now we start smearing these cuts with oil and greens. It is also easiest to do this with a knife.
Then we put cheese in the same cuts.
All of it will not go in, just pour the leftovers on top of the bread.
Put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for a few minutes, then remove the foil to get a fried crust.
