Soup recipe – tasty and quick

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and pour them into boiling water. Peel the carrot, cut it into strips, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Fry carrots and onions in oil until golden and add to potatoes.

2. Wash the buckwheat, scald it with boiling water and add it to the soup.

3. Drain the liquid from the can, mash the fish and add to the soup. At the end, add peppercorns, bay leaves, chopped greens and salt to taste. Keep the soup on low heat for another 8-10 minutes, and you can serve it.

4. If desired, a few minutes before the end of cooking, you can add 1-2 tablespoons to the soup. spoons of vodka.
