Spicy cabbage with greens

1. Finely chop the cabbage. Clean and chop the chili pepper. Peel and grate the carrot on a large grater or grind it in a blender. Peel the garlic and finely chop it or pass it through a garlic press. Wash green onions and parsley and finely chop.
