Spicy eggplants with cheese » Culinary recipes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
Eggplants 500 g
Wheat flour 80 g
Olive oil 60 ml
Sour cream 250 g
Salt ¼ tsp.
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp.
Hard cheese 150 g.

Method of cooking:
Wash and cut the eggplant into 5 mm rings.

Roll them in flour and fry them in olive oil, since you can’t fry all the rings at once, you need to wash the pan after each batch so that a burnt layer of flour does not appear and spoil the next batch of rings.

Fold the prepared rings into a form in layers.

Prepare the dressing: add salt, pepper, and garlic to the sour cream – mix everything.
Season the eggplants.

Rub cheese on top.
Send our dish to an oven preheated to 160 for 25-30 minutes, until a golden cheese crust appears.
And at the end, you can decorate the top with greens.
