Fresh or frozen eggplant;
fresh tomato (you can also bell pepper, to your taste);
4 eggs;
mayonnaise (homemade would be good);
a handful of raisins;
2-3 walnuts;
3-4 cloves of garlic;
salt, pepper, salt, butter, basil.

Method of cooking:
Cut the eggplant into circles or half-circles (if it is thick).

Fry in olive oil over high heat until semi-dry. Place on the bottom of the plate.
1 tbsp. mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic, grease the warm eggplants.

The next layer will be grated nuts and raisins (pre-steamed).

Cut the tomatoes and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Lubricate with mayonnaise, grate 2/3 of the cheese.

A layer of boiled eggs and a generous layer of mayonnaise.

The last layer: grated cheese mixed with chopped basil.
