Ingredients:
Wheat grains – (several teaspoons),
Pure filtered water.

Method of cooking:
Grain can be bought in a store or at the bazaar, just in bags. And you can collect it yourself in the field.

Wash the wheat well and soak it in water for 12 hours. After that, drain the water and wash it again.

We leave wet, swollen wheat at room temperature for 24 hours (it may take up to 48 hours). It should be covered with something, but not hermetically sealed. The optimal size of sprouts is 1-3 mm. Sprouted grains should be eaten within a day.

The taste of sprouted wheat grains is somewhat reminiscent of green peas. You can eat them on your own. It is tasty and useful to add to vegetable salads.
