Squash Bombochki recipe with photo
1. Carefully cut off the “cap” with the stem from squash. Remove the flesh from the squash, leaving the walls up to 1 cm thick. Remove the seeds from the flesh, cut it into large cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic to the minced chicken. Grate carrots, fry for 5 minutes, mix with minced meat. Cut the eggplants, fry for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes to them, fry for another 5 minutes. Combine minced meat with vegetables. Salt, pepper.
3. Salt the inside of the squash and stuff it with minced meat and vegetables, sprinkle with cheese and 4. cover with a “lid” on top.
4. Bake the squash in an oven heated to 200°C for about 40 minutes. until ready.
