Squid 600 g
Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.
Onion 2 pc.
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
Fresh dill 50 g.
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
1 pinch of ground black pepper.

Method of cooking:
For cooking, you will need: squid, onion, sour cream, vegetable oil, black pepper and dill greens for decoration.

Cut the onion into rings.

Add a spoonful of salt to a pan of boiling water and run the squid carcass for exactly 1 minute! There is no need to pre-clean the squid, the skin collapses in boiling water and comes off easily.

Take the squid out of the boiling water and put them in a container of cold water, then rinse them with running water, removing the entrails and cartilage arrows.
Cut squid into rings, 0,5 cm thick.

Fry onions in vegetable oil.

Add chopped squid and fry under the lid for 2 minutes.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, 0,5 tablespoons of salt and ground black pepper, then fry uncovered on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Serve the dish cold, sprinkled with green dill.
