Stained glass cake

1. Prepare jelly according to the instructions on the package (cook jelly of each color separately). When the jelly has completely hardened, cut it into pieces of any shape.

2. Pour gelatin with water and leave for half an hour. Then heat over low heat until completely dissolved. Mix sour cream, sugar and dissolved cooled gelatin.

4. Peel the bananas, cut into circles and sprinkle with lemon juice. Break the crackers.

3. Cover the form with cling film, alternately spread jelly of different colors. Place the bananas on top of the jelly, and then the crackers. Pour everything with sour cream with gelatin and put in the refrigerator until it hardens completely.

4. When the cake has completely hardened, carefully turn the mold so that the jelly is on top, and remove the film.

* In addition to bananas, you can also use other fruits – kiwi, strawberries, cherries, etc. Sour cream can be replaced with yogurt, sweetened to taste.

* To make the cake easier to separate from the cling film, you can grease it with melted butter or nut oil.
