Gelatin, which we will use for strawberry jelly, pour cold boiled water. Gelatin for sour cream jelly – with cold milk. Leave for 15-20 minutes so that the gelatin swells.

Grind the washed and peeled strawberries with sugar to a puree-like state with a blender.

Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar thoroughly with a mixer.

Heat the gelatin filled with water in a water bath until the lumps are completely dissolved and add it to the strawberry puree. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. If desired, 2-3 tbsp. l. set aside the strawberry jelly for decoration.

Also heat the gelatin filled with milk in a water bath until the lumps dissolve, add to the sour cream and beat with a mixer. Divide the cream jelly into two parts. If desired, you can add 3-4 tbsp to one part. spoons of strawberry mixture so that the sour cream acquires a pale pink color.

Then put the jelly alternately in glasses or other dessert dishes. First, pour creamy pale pink jelly and leave for 15 minutes. put in the freezer. Next, carefully pour the strawberry jelly and leave for 15 minutes again. put in the freezer. Spread the remaining cream jelly as the last layer. For decoration, you can use grated dark chocolate, chopped strawberries. You can also put a little strawberry jelly on top, which you set aside for decoration, and draw patterns with a stick. After that, put the dessert in the refrigerator, after 1 hour. can be served to the table. Strawberry and cream jelly is ready.
