Today we have my favorite strawberry ice cream with condensed milk for dessert. Why favorite? Because it tastes amazing and is very easy and quick to prepare. And, of course, instead of strawberries, you can add other sour berries: cherries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.

Wash the strawberries, peel them from the stalk and grind them with a blender to a puree-like state.

Beat the cooled cream with a mixer into a lush mass. I beat for 10 minutes. at medium speed.

Add strawberry puree to the cream and mix well with a mixer.

Then you should gradually introduce condensed milk and thoroughly beat everything with a mixer.

Pour the resulting mixture into a plastic container and put it in the freezer until completely frozen. So that there are no ice crystals in the finished ice cream, during freezing it should be stirred (with a spoon, fork or blender) 3-4 times every 30 minutes. Strawberry ice cream on condensed milk is ready.
