Preparation of strawberry mousse. Today, for dessert, we have a delicious strawberry mousse based on semolina, which, by the way, is almost invisible in the finished dish. Semolina for this dessert is cooked in milk or water. Mousse made with milk is thicker and richer, and dessert made with water is more delicate, with a pronounced taste of strawberries and, in my opinion, tastier And the taste of this mousse resembles fruit and berry ice cream.
From the indicated amount of ingredients, 5 portions of strawberry mousse are obtained.

Wash the strawberries, peel them from the stem. Grind in a blender until pureed. Pass the strawberry puree through a fine sieve.

Pour cold or warm milk / water into a separate pan, add semolina, mix.

Then add sugar. Bring everything to a boil and then cook a thick porridge over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove the semolina from the heat and let it cool a little. Add strawberry puree and beat everything with a mixer.

Whip the mousse at the highest speed for 10 minutes until the mass becomes fluffy and lightens.

Cooled to room temperature, pour the mousse into glasses, cream cups or other dessert dishes, decorate with strawberries and a mint leaf, if desired, and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Strawberry mousse based on semolina is ready.
