Stuffed mushrooms in the oven.

Stuffed mushrooms — a dish that is loved by many. I prefer mushrooms with different fillings. These mushrooms are easy to buy in the store and they are sold all year round. It is believed that mushrooms can become a good alternative to meat. Today I propose to cook champignons with an unusual but very tasty filling.

For cooking, we will need champignon mushrooms, olive or any vegetable oil, hard cheese (I have maazdam), mayonnaise, which can be replaced with yogurt or sour cream, canned tuna, onions and spices to taste.

mushrooms – 300 g;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l;
onion – 1 pc.;
spices – to taste;
canned tuna – 100 g;
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l;
Maazdam cheese – 50 g.

Preparation of stuffed mushrooms.

Wash the champignons, dry them and remove the top film from the caps, remove the legs, but do not throw them away.

Cut the onion and mushroom legs into small cubes. Pour olive oil into the pan, put the pan on the fire and fry the onion and mushrooms until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.

Now we will prepare the filling. I have tuna in oil, drain the oil, add tuna to fried mushrooms, add mayonnaise and spices, salt the filling and mix everything well.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting filling and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. We send it to the oven, heated to 180 g, for 20 minutes.

Decorate the finished champignons with greens and serve as a hot snack or main course. It turns out very tasty, unusual and satisfying. I recommend cooking.
