Onion 6 pc.
Mushrooms 150 g
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Dry white wine (table) 30 ml
Turkey stuffing 250 g
Soy sauce 100 ml
Chicken egg 1 pcs.
Potato starch 10 g.

Method of cooking:
You need to start by cleaning the onion and removing the middle from it. To do this, the lower part needs to be carefully cut very little by little, so that the bulbs stand well, but also so that the juice does not leak out. From above, you need to cut off about a quarter of the bulb and cut out the middle from it so that 2 outer layers remain.

Wash and finely chop the mushrooms. They should be fried in vegetable oil together with the chopped middle of the bulbs for 2-3 minutes.
We add minced meat to fried mushrooms and onions. It is better to take soft minced meat – from poultry or lean pork. The minced meat should be well fried, adding soy sauce and white wine. When the minced meat cools down a little, add 1 raw egg and mix well.

1/2 tsp should be poured into each bulb. starch before putting minced meat in them. Then fill the bulbs with minced meat and place in a fireproof dish greased with oil. Bake the onion in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve the finished onion, dousing each onion with soy sauce.
