Tomato paste – 1 pc.
Method of cooking:
To cook these potatoes, you need a special. knife for cutting the middle out of potatoes.
Add onion, pepper, salt and a little water to the minced meat.
Cut out the middle of the potato and stuff it with minced meat.
Fry carrots, onions, bell pepper in vegetable oil, add tomato paste at the end.
We spread the finished roast on our potatoes, add water, salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
