How to cook delicious stuffed potatoes with meat. We will cook potatoes in a pan. It turns out very tasty, at the same time it is simple and affordable!

Ingredients:
potatoes – 7 pcs.,
beef (lamb) – 200-300 g.,
garlic – 3 cloves,
green parsley, dill – 50 g,
salt, red pepper – to taste,
vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons.

Cooking time is about 50-60 minutes.

To begin with, you need to clean the potatoes and cut out everything inside. In order for our potatoes to stand in a vertical position, we need to cut off the bottom and the cap evenly.

The meat should be cut very finely.

Finely chop the greens.

We send the greens to the potatoes, squeeze the garlic.

Salt, pepper with red pepper and you can mix.

Now you need to take a cauldron or a frying pan with high sides. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of butter and boiled water so that it is about 1,5-2 cm from the bottom.

Now you can stuff the potatoes and put them right away in the cauldron.

Now you need to cover it with a lid and put it on a slow fire.

You can transfer the potatoes to another dish. That’s how it turned out.
