Stuffed squid. Culinary recipe.

How to cook:
We pour boiling water over the squid, then wash it in cold water. It’s so easy to make them clean. Fry the onion in half of the butter, add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry as well. Add salt and pepper and pour in dry white wine. When the alcohol has almost completely evaporated, pour in 100 g of cream. Simmer the filling until almost all of the liquid evaporates.

Stuff the squid with this stuffing and put them in a baking dish. Thyme as desired.

For the sauce, fry a tablespoon of flour in the second part of the butter. Pour milk little by little.

Simmer a little more and pour over the squid. We put the form in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.

Then sprinkle the squid on top with grated hard cheese and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.

It turned out tender, tasty and beautiful.
