My son really likes treats in the form of different figures, so I think he will like these cookies too. I have all the necessary ingredients except ground cloves, but it is unlikely that the lack of them will spoil the taste much. You will have to suffer a little with the decoration of the figures themselves, but the end result is worth it)
The cookies certainly look great, I’m sure they will taste just as good, because the dough is just right.
But I am confused about the prospect of eating an angel, even if it is in the form of a pastry – it seems that it is not very good. Maybe it would be better to make stars, the moon, poinsettia flowers, gloves, birds. This is my personal opinion – please do not take offense to it

My daughter and I baked cookies according to this recipe – the gingerbread cookies turned out very tasty (in addition to soda, I also added 1 teaspoon of cookie powder). I wrote this recipe down in my cookbook!
