Ingredients:
Beef pulp 500 g
Allspice 10 pcs.
Salt 0.25 tsp.

Sauce:
Sour cream 150 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Onion 1 pc.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
1 pinch of ground black pepper
Salt 0.25 tsp.
Refined sunflower oil 20 ml.

Method of cooking:
To prepare tender beef, take: one piece of beef, allspice, sour cream, any hard cheese, a large onion, butter, salt, pepper.

Wash the beef and put it in a pan. Pour water, add allspice and cook until ready for about 1,5 hours. Do not salt.

Cut the onion into medium cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until transparent.

Add flour, mix and fry for 1 minute.

Pour in 200 ml of the broth in which the beef was cooked. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Add sour cream and cheese to the pan. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the boiled meat into pieces 2 cm thick. Place in a fireproof dish and add a little salt.

Pour the sauce and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve the tender beef with a side dish.
