Tiffany s holiday salad – we are preparing a dish.

Today we will prepare Tiffany’s salad for the festive table.

one chicken fillet – 250 g;
curry seasoning;
hard cheese – 100 g;
boiled eggs – 4 pcs.;
peeled walnuts – 50 g;
green grapes – 200 g;
vegetable oil;

The process of making Tiffany’s salad.

First, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Send it to a pan with heated vegetable oil and sprinkle with a small amount of curry.

Stir from time to time. Be careful not to burn the chicken. At the very end, add salt and mix again. Place on a plate without oil, let cool completely.

Let’s prepare other ingredients for Tiffany’s salad. Grate the peeled eggs on a coarse grater.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Finely chop the nuts with a knife.

Cut the grapes lengthwise into halves.

Now we will form a salad. Place all the prepared products on a plate in layers in the following sequence:

1 layer – chicken meat, smear with mayonnaise.

The second layer is grated cheese and smeared with mayonnaise.

The third layer is grated eggs, smeared with mayonnaise.

4th layer – chopped nuts, also spread with mayonnaise.

On top of the salad, lay out the grape halves cut side down.

Let the salad infuse for at least one hour. Our Tiffany salad is ready. It will become a worthy decoration of your holiday table. You can use any nuts you like in the dish. In the festive version, it is best to use pine nuts.
