brewed Espresso coffee – 100 ml;
Amaretto liqueur or Marsala wine – 30 ml;
1 large egg and 1 yolk – white and yolks separately;
powdered sugar – 30 g;
cocoa – 30 g.

I present the recipe for the most delicious Tiramisu in a cup. The dessert not only looks good, but also tastes great. Moreover, it is really easy to prepare.

The process of making Tiramisu in a cup.

  1. First, brew about 100 ml of espresso. Pour about 30-40 ml of Amaretto or Frangelico liqueur into the coffee. It could also be Marsala wine or perhaps Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, and even rum, brandy or Bailey’s. Mix everything and set aside. I have 2 glasses with a capacity of 350 ml each. When the coffee with liqueur cools down, it’s time for the cream.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the egg whites in a separate bowl and the 2 yolks in a metal or glass bowl. Put 30 g of powdered sugar in the yolks. Place the bowl in a saucepan 1/3 full with boiling water. The bottom of the bowl should not touch the water. Place a pan of water and a bowl of egg yolks and powdered sugar on the stove. Set the power so that the water in the pot just boils a little. Beat the egg yolks and sugar constantly, for example, with a whisk or a hand mixer. After 2-3 minutes of steaming, you can remove the bowl and beat all this for another 2-3 minutes, until the yolks and sugar are combined into a perfect light cream.

Start gradually adding the beaten egg whites to the thick mascarpone cream. Mix everything carefully and slowly with a spatula.
