No sweet tooth in the world will refuse sweets, especially if they are prepared at home! You can make sweet, tasty and chewy toffee yourself by purchasing the necessary ingredients for the recipe. There is nothing complicated in it, as, however, there are various harmful additives that are often used by factory manufacturers of sweets!
To prepare toffee at home, you will need about 30 minutes of time. Of the kitchen equipment, you will only need a saucepan. The step-by-step recipe with the photo is designed for four servings. Each serving contains 324 calories. Energy value of one portion: proteins – 1 g; fats – 12 g; carbohydrates – 51 grams. Let’s start cooking.

sour cream – 200 ml;

Preparation of homemade toffee.
Do not be surprised by the number of products – this set makes about 200 g of candies. Put a dish with a non-stick bottom on the stove and pour sour cream into it.
Immediately pour granulated sugar and heat to boiling.
As soon as the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half. As soon as this happens, the mass must be constantly stirred. It will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on the composition of sour cream. As soon as the mass is properly set – add butter and immediately mix, otherwise the sour cream product may curdle.
As it simmers, the mass will thicken more and more until, finally, it acquires a golden color.
Turn off the heat and place in greased silicone molds or on wet paper. You need to act promptly, as the mixture hardens very quickly.
Cool the candies in the molds for about 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator and serve to the table with tea.
