3 cans of canned tuna (150-200 g each);
1 bulb;
100-150 g of mayonnaise;
50-100 g of hard cheese.

How to cook a tuna pie.

We boil potatoes in salted water, pour the broth into a glass, we will need 0,5 cups of broth or a little more.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm broth. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the broth with yeast and sugar, warm milk, vegetable oil and salt.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, if you feel that it is too dense, add a couple of tablespoons of potato broth. The dough should be soft, it should practically not stick to your hands.

Leave the dough in the bowl, cover with a towel or cover the bowl with a film. After an hour, the dough will be ready.

We bypass it (let the air out) and leave it for another hour.

We drain the juice from the tuna and squeeze it using a sieve, because of excess moisture, the cake may flow. Add grated cheese, mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, mix the filling.

Prepare a form with a diameter of at least 30 cm, or use two forms of 23-24 cm each. Lightly sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough into a pancake with a diameter larger than the form. We put the dough in the form and roll it with a rolling pin along the sides of the form, cutting off the excess dough. I had 2 small molds of 24 cm each.

We spread the filling, cover with dough.

Cut the middle of the dough into 8 rays, lift each one up and fasten it to the dough.

Brush the cake with an egg and let it rise for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
