Turkey steak – recipe with photo
Today we are preparing a juicy and tender turkey steak. In just 3 minutes, it is an ideal option when you need to cook something quickly. To do this, you can buy ready-cut turkey breast steaks or cut them yourself to about 1,5 centimeters.
Ingredients:
turkey fillet;
salt, pepper to taste;
seasoning for meat;
vegetable oil for frying.

Cut the steaks into pieces of approximately 1,5 centimeters.
Now you need to beat them a little so that they become about 1 cm thick. Cover the top with a bag so that splashes do not fly in all directions and the hammer remains clean.
One side of the meat is salted and peppered, the other side is salted and seasoned for chicken or meat that you like. You can also add pepper, dried garlic and paprika.
If there is no time at all, then leave the steaks in the spices for 5 minutes, and if there is, then cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, even for the whole day. In general, until the right moment.
Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated pan, lay out the steaks and fry for exactly 1,5 minutes over high heat.
After a minute and a half, turn the meat over and cover with a lid. The fire can be reduced to medium, and a little later reduced to minimum.
After 1,5 minutes, transfer the steaks to the foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes so that the temperature becomes uniform inside and out.
Serve the turkey plain with a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.
