Then add zucchini and bell pepper to the onion. Lightly fry everything over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Without reducing the heat, add minced meat to the vegetables and fry, stirring, until the minced meat becomes crumbly (about 5 minutes).

After that, add poidors, beans and broth.

Next, add paprika, ground black pepper and salt, mix everything and stew over medium heat for 10 minutes. Do not cover with a lid.

Place the stew in serving plates, generously sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve. Vegetable stew with meat and beans is ready.
