Young potatoes in the oven – a recipe with a photo

Today we will cook new potatoes in a creamy mushroom sauce. This is a wonderful and very tasty dinner idea for the whole family.

new potatoes – 500 g;
mushrooms – 100 g;
garlic – 2 cloves;
cream (25%) — 100 ml;
chopped dill – 1 tbsp. l.;
butter – 30 g.;
vegetable oil – 30 ml;
salt, pepper – to taste;

The process of cooking new potatoes in the oven.

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until half-cooked within 15 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put potatoes in it, grease with vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the potatoes in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop the dill.

Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring.

Then pour cream and add dill. If the sauce turns out to be very thick, then add 1-2 tablespoons of water and mix.

Immediately pour the sauce over the hot potatoes and serve.
