carrots – one piece;
onion – one small;
cherry tomatoes – about 200 g;

How to cook zucchini stew.

Wash all the vegetables listed in the ingredients thoroughly in warm water, peel them.

An exception will be cherry tomatoes, they do not need to be peeled.

Pour oil into the pan and heat it on the medium power of the stove.

Cut the onion into pieces, here you can not chop it very much, and rely on your own taste.

Lightly fry the chopped onion in a pan.

Zucchini should also be cut as shown in the photo.

Grate the carrots on the medium section for vegetables. Add zucchini and carrots to the pan.

Mix everything and continue to fry over low heat.

Cut the tomatoes and add them to the vegetables in the pan.
