Zucchini with cheese

1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the stalk, cut in half lengthwise, pick out the flesh and cut into cubes.

2. Salt the cheese to taste, add the zucchini pulp, dill greens and garlic passed through a garlic press. Fill the zucchini with this filling.

3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place zucchini on it. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top of the zucchini. Bake them in the oven at a temperature of 200 C for 45 minutes. Serve hot as a side dish to meat or as an independent dish.
